After reading the post about Hillsdale range, I'm lucky enough to be my own "range officer" on my land.

I keep thinking that in 100 years or so, when they dig it all up for some new development, they're gonna look at all the brass & steel case I've missed picking up (or left) over the years, and gonna wonder what war occured there.

I shoot on family land, either on my Dad or Uncles' land in SE KS, or at my father-in-law's place in Central KS.

I have enough room to shoot but my wife's horses absolutely hate it.
But I have a spot cleared where I shoot off of a minimum maintenance road that crosses a friends property. There is a pond dam that I use for a backstop.

I have a place in Oklahoma that I own, but it's awful far away. Shame, too because it's an excellent set-up.

I can shoot on my own land but my neighbors have a new baby so I'll try and be considerate for awhile.
