Agreed. I'd be a lot more concerned about the extra thick clothing worn than anything else. That's the reason I use hardball in my moonclip reloads: the extra penetration.In cold weather, people wear more clothing. If that hole in the bullet gets plugged up, it's not going to expand. I have recovered hollow points dug out of a dirt backstop and many of them failed to expand.
