Route 66 in Bristow, OK - Chrysler neon tower

The tallest freestanding neon sign on Route 66. Built in 1949, it went dark in the 1950s and remained unlit until about 2 weeks ago (April 11, 2026).

For reference. Each letter in the word Chrysler is 6ft tall.

That's pretty cool! My first car was a 1971 Plymouth Barracuda. Nothing
special with a 318, auto on the column and split bench front seat but I
loved it.
