It wasn't today but last week I received bullets, brass and dies from Midway USA so that I can load for my .32-20 Police Positive Special.

Probably note, but I was told the Colts can get out of time with use. Plus, I like single actions. This Ruger is nice to wear in the pasture. It does a number on armadillos and other beasties.

I have eight Colt Double action revolvers, seven of them manufactured between 1904 and 1952. None are out of time.
I wouldn't worry too much about buying an older Colt.
That being said, Ruger single actions are great revolvers, I have a few of them as well.

The timing issues were around the Colt "snake" revolvers.

If someone ran a early 70's Python hard (thousands of rounds of max pressure loads), it was common to hear the gun had to be sent in get the cylinder re-timed back to factory spec.

I didn't buy anything, but I cast 125 bullets for my .380 last night. Not exactly new, the lead is recycled range scrap bullets.

Picked up some small pistol primers and a pair of 21rd M17 mags at work today. Played some absolute shenanigans, and stacked a series of discounts and price matches to get $170 worth of stuff for $110.

I have discovered that different printings of the same title often have different guns featured.
