Gun malfunction

What’s the most notable malfunction you’ve experienced, and what was your solution?

Not sure but I think it was a Marlin model 60 that I once had fall apart in my hands when I pulled back the bolt to load the chamber.

It wasn't my gun and I had to take it back to its owner that way.

I had problems with my AR not ejecting rounds and thought it was the bolt but it the chamber was just super dirty. I gave it a good clean with the right brush and it fixed everything
